Exceptional service! Tristan quickly diagnosed two problems. One was the wrong 200 amp starter solenoids, and the other a dead alternator which neither was turning on my coach entertainment system, AC and refrigerator. Tristan contacted the Class B manufacturer and confirmed the correct solenoids needed which was a 500 amp Continuous. I appreciated he went above and beyond and truly wanted to solve the problem. He fixed everything. The alternator he did tell me to take it to a mechanic. So, I did and got it replaced. I will use him again. He was excellent! Thanks so much, Tristan!

We recently used Tristan's Mobile RV Repair, actually its more accurate to state that Tristan rescued us when our passenger side rear leaf spring gave out. Fortunately it broke in a parking lot so we were not stuck on the side of a road. This happened on a Sunday morning leading into Thanksgiving week. My wife was able to locate a set of replacement leaf springs at a northern tool in Buford. We were in Alpharetta. I was planning to drive the 1.5 hours round trip including in store time to get the parts. However, Tristan lives in Buford and was on his way to get the parts before we knew it. He arrived by 1 pm. He had all the necessary tools and knowledge. He had both leaf springs swapped and back in production by shortly after 4 pm. We were back on the road by 4:30 or so. I would highly recommend Tristan for his knowledge and work ethic. He is the owner and cares about his work. Thank you Tristan for your help and rescue services! Tristan is a very knowledgeable RV tech with years of experience. He showed up on time was clear and helpful with an electrical/battery problem I had. He took care of the issue in short order. His pricing is very fair. You will not be disappointed with Tristans’ service. I am keeping him in my contacts for any future work I may need.
