Tristan Neuert has been fixing RVs around Buford and North Georgia since 2018. He started the way most good techs do. By being the guy everyone called when something quit working on a trip. Word got around, folks started calling him “The RV Guru,” and it stuck.
Today he runs a one-man mobile shop out of Buford and drives to the customer. That means your driveway, your storage lot, or your campsite at Lake Lanier. You don’t drop your rig at a dealer and wait weeks for a bay to open up. Tristan shows up, figures out what’s actually wrong, and gets it repaired.
He works on just about everything RV-related: house systems, appliances, roofs, slide-outs, awnings, plumbing, towable trailer chassis, and electrical. Electrical is where he’s especially strong. He’s trained on Winnebago 12-volt and 120-volt systems, and certified on Firefly Integrations multiplex touchscreen systems. The kind of job a lot of techs hand back. He’s listed as a service tech on Firefly’s own website, and he’s certified on Dometic and Norcold appliances too.
Tristan is a family man, and he treats every customer’s RV like it belongs to his own family. That’s the whole reason for the motto: he fixes it right the first time. No guessing, no parts cannon, no calling somebody else back out next month for the same problem.
Worth knowing: Tristan does not work on motorhome engine or drivetrain chassis. That’s the automotive side, and it belongs at a truck shop. He does handle towable trailer chassis, suspension, brakes and wheel bearings.

- Does Tristan work on motorhome engines or drivetrains?
- No. Tristan does not work on the automotive side of a motorhome. Engine, transmission or drivetrain chassis. He does handle towable trailer chassis, suspension, brakes and wheel bearings, plus all of the house systems on any RV.
- What kinds of RVs do you work on?
- Travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-ups, Class A, Class B and Class C RVs. If it has RV house systems, Tristan works on it.
